TERMS OF SERVICE & CONDITIONS
PLEXA PLAY’S SERVICE SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Service-Specific Terms & Conditions govern your use of PLEXA PLAY’s IPTV service. Together with any other agreed terms, they form the Agreement between you and PLEXA PLAY.
By accessing or using this site, you (“User”) agree to be legally bound by these terms. If accessing on behalf of a group/entity, you warrant authority to enter this Agreement. If you disagree with these terms, cease using the site immediately.
1. Eligibility for Service
1.1 To subscribe, you must:
1.1.1 Be at least 18 years of age.
1.1.2 Have no outstanding payments owed to PLEXA PLAY.
1.2 The service is available for:
1.2.1 Personal use only (unless otherwise permitted in writing).
1.2.2 Resellers (subject to separate reseller agreements).
1.3 Service delivery requires:
A fiber broadband network or connection with minimum 20 Mbps speed.
1.4 Service availability depends on:
1.4.1 Resource availability (e.g., network infrastructure).
1.4.2 Geographical coverage and technical compatibility.
1.4.3 Equipment compatibility.
1.5 For IPTV service delivery:
You are responsible for procuring, installing, and maintaining all necessary equipment.
You must provide PLEXA PLAY with information required for service delivery and support.
1.6 PLEXA PLAY reserves the right to reject applications at its discretion.
2. Minimum Service Period
2.1 The initial service period for post-paid plans is 3 months (or as agreed). After this period, contact us to renew—no automatic renewals.
3. Reseller Terms
3.1 Resellers must purchase minimum 10 access codes.
3.2 Resellers gain access to:
Dedicated support.
Knowledge base and marketing materials for customer assistance.
4. Service Duration
4.1 Service begins on the date of successful payment.
4.2 Cancellation before service commencement incurs prevailing cancellation fees.
4.3 This Agreement remains effective until terminated under its terms.
5. System Requirements & Usage
5.1 You are responsible for:
Ensuring equipment meets PLEXA PLAY’s minimum requirements.
Compatibility with the provided server and network.
5.2 PLEXA PLAY may:
Temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies.
Modify the service to meet technological demands without notice.
5.3 Service usage must comply with PLEXA PLAY’s instructions and policies.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 PLEXA PLAY may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Adult Content Policy
7.1 PLEXA PLAY’s streaming service is family-friendly and excludes adult content. Refund requests based on this exclusion will not be honored.
8. Content Requests
8.1 Users may submit requests for channels, movies, or series. Additions depend on demand from other users and technical feasibility.
