Customer Related

We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by providing a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction. This helps us address your concerns and improve our products and services.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must submit your request within 3 calendar days of purchase.
  • Your explanation must clearly outline the issues encountered and why the service did not meet your expectations.

After the 3-day window, refund requests will not be processed. We encourage you to contact us promptly if you encounter any issues.


VPN Requirement for IPTV Service

Our IPTV service may require a VPN to ensure uninterrupted access. Due to technical limitations or restrictions imposed by internet service providers (ISPs), refunds will not be issued if you experience issues without using a VPN.

Recommendation:

  • Use a VPN to bypass ISP throttling or blocking, especially in regions like Italy.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and use a VPN if needed.

We cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by failure to use a VPN.


Continuity During Service Disruptions

IPTV services operate in a legally complex environment, and occasional server disruptions may occur due to external factors (e.g., government actions). While we prioritize server security and updates, no provider is immune to such risks.

To ensure continuity, we allocate resources for infrastructure improvements. If our servers are taken offline by authorities, we offer alternative server access at a reduced cost based on your remaining subscription:

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via USDT or TransferWise within 24 hours of approval.
  • Submit requests to support@plexaplay.com with your subscription details and reason for refund.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Exceptions:

  • No refunds for temporary channel freezing or outages (common in IPTV services). Most issues are resolved via our technical team on WhatsApp.

Reseller Policies

  1. Reseller accounts are generated automatically after payment.
  2. No refunds are available once a reseller account is created.
